Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of your delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when it was received
- In the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that your item has arrived. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — some refunds take time to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
